A Brief History
Chocolate Pizza Company is Central New York’s largest gourmet chocolate maker. Owner Ryan Novak started with the company as a dishwasher when he was a teenager. At age 21, he became the owner and has taken a small-town chocolate shop onto the national stage. Chocolate Pizza Company has been featured on Food Network, Hallmark Channel, CNBC and more. Famous for their Chocolate Pizza and Peanut Butter Wings, the company creates more than 100 chocolate specialties that are unique, delicious and impressive.
